What is DineWho?

DineWho is a unique platform for organising dinners. Our goal is to enable people to meet great people for a great dinner in a great restaurant. Using our platform, users can book a dinner, meet new people and expand their social network.

DineWho, providing digital marketing and cyber security services Erik Mediais an initiative of

DineWho is currently in Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, Antalya and Bursa. We are planning to be in different cities in the near future.

If there is a city you want, please fill out the relevant form Specify.

It is completely free to become a member of DineWho. However, in order to participate in the dinner, you need to purchase a DineWho ticket. Please note that the cost of the dinner is not included in the DineWho ticket price and each participant must pay for his/her order at the restaurant.

  1. Personality test Fill it up.
  2. Sign up for free.
  3. Book your seat for your dinner next Wednesday at 20.00.

DineWho has 2 ticket types:

1- Classic DineWho Ticket: 1 DineWho ticket is 359 TL. (VAT included)

DineWho registrations open weekly. If you want to participate in the relevant week, you can buy your classic DineWho ticket.

2- DineWho Gift Ticket: With this ticket you can gift your friend a DineWho ticket!

  • Buy the DineWho Gift Ticket. Forward the voucher code sent to your e-mail address to your friend.
  • Let your friend fill out the Personality Test, become a member and join a DineWho evening of his/her choice by using the coupon code.

WARNING:

  1. Cancellation/refund process for DineWho Gift Tickets cannot be done.
  2. The voucher code cannot be used for DineWho Gift Ticket purchases.

To attend Wednesday's dinner, you must purchase your ticket and register by 23:59 (UTC+03:00) on the previous Monday. (The counter on our homepage is set according to this date.) After this deadline, we close registrations to allow our AI-powered algorithm to create the most suitable groups for the dinner. If you register after Monday, your booking will be automatically postponed to the following Wednesday dinner.

This gives us the necessary time to ensure the best possible experience and the best possible match for all participants. Please note the date when purchasing your ticket.

  • When and how long does it last? Dinners always start at 20.00 on Wednesday evenings. How long the dinner lasts is entirely up to you!
  • Where are the Restaurants? The address of the restaurant is communicated via email and WhatsApp on Wednesday morning.
  • How do you make restaurant choices?: We choose the coolest restaurants in the city. Choosing Google Score restaurants is our first criterion.
  • Meal costs and responsibility: At DineWho, we usually try to find restaurants with meal prices ranging from 400 to 1000 ₺ per person excluding drinks. The cost varies depending on the choice of your meal. The DineWho team is not present in the restaurants during dinner. Please note that each group is responsible for its own account, each participant pays for what they order and should behave responsibly.

Cancellation Process: To receive a refund, you must cancel your ticket by 23:59 (UTC+03:00) on Monday. After this date, refunds are no longer possible.

For example, registration for the dinner on Wednesday 15 May closes at 23.59 on Monday 13 May. Tickets for 15 May can be refunded by requesting a refund by Monday 13 May at 23.59 iptal@dinewho.com should be forwarded to.

DineWho Open Ticket and DineWho Gift Ticket types cannot be cancelled/refunded.

Out of respect for other participants, please cancel your participation even if you are no longer able to attend. Anyone who fails to cancel more than twice will have their membership permanently deleted and will not be able to book a DineWho dinner. Under no circumstances can DineWho be held responsible for people who do not attend a DineWho evening and this cannot be a reason for cancellation/refund.

DineWho does not reschedule bookings. Unless you cancel your reservation by 23:59 on Monday (the same week as the scheduled dinner), your reservation will be cancelled without the possibility to change the date.

Refund process: Refunds are made to the paid credit card and are completed within 1 to 3 business days for credit cards and 7 to 14 business days for debit cards (depending on banks). If there is a problem, please support contact the team.

The personality test is designed to better understand your preferences, interests and personality. This helps us to match you with people with similar interests during dinners. The test is an important step in the registration process and must be completed in order to reserve a place at the dinner.

No! It is enough to fill out the personality test 1 time before becoming a member. After the test results are received in our system, you only need to log in with your member information every week and book your seat by purchasing a DineWho ticket for the dinner on the relevant date.

  1. Account Creation: As soon as your account is created, our matching algorithm starts working to find a compatible group for you and indicates that you can book a place. You will receive an email that you have created your membership.
  2. Booking Confirmed: We will send you a confirmation email as soon as you have paid for your seat.
  3. Restaurant Info: On the experience day, we will send you the restaurant information assigned to your group via e-mail and WhatsApp. If you did not receive an e-mail and WhatsApp message on Wednesday, please contact us via WhatsApp.
  4. Feedback: At the end of the evening, you will receive one last email to collect your valuable feedback to help us improve. Your feedback is crucial so that we can improve our algorithm and organise more compatible tables for you!

  1. We are not a dating app: DineWho, a dating app like Tinder or Bumble NOT. Our aim is to bring you together with interesting people for dinner without prejudice. Everyone is of course free to come with their own expectations.
  2. Group Composition: Our algorithm tries to create a balance between men and women. We try to organise groups of 6 people each, but in some cases we can have groups of 5 or 7 people. Although the majority of the groups consist of 3 men and 3 women, some tables may have 4 women and 2 men or 2 women and 4 men. Our algorithm ensures that participants are grouped at the same table with a maximum age difference of 10 years between the youngest and the oldest.
  3. Confidentiality: Personal information is not shared between members. A member's personal information is not communicated to the rest of the group. At dinner, it is up to you to discover the participants at the table and share what you wish.

In rare cases, if the algorithm cannot find a suitable table for you, we will contact you via WhatsApp on Tuesday.

In this case, we offer a refund or postpone your reservation to any other week. There is no cancellation/refund possibility for open tickets to be defined.

DineWho does not have a concept based on taking its members out for a dinner by seating them at random tables.

Each table is matched according to the results of the personality test completed by the participants.

Therefore, participants cannot come to the DineWho evening to sit at the same table with their friends.

DineWho is not a dating app.

We carefully select our contracted restaurants and make contracts with each restaurant, including certain conditions that will ensure the safety of our participants.

All of our contracted restaurants have detailed information about DineWho. The locations we have chosen are as central and safe as possible.
