DineWho is an initiative designed to create exciting, peaceful and meaningful connections. Although we have taken security measures regarding traffic and our website, we have prepared this guide for you as our platform organises people who do not know each other to meet each other for dinner.
While we cannot monitor the behaviour of every participant, we can provide basic safety tips. It is important that you follow these suggestions before, during and after your DineWho dinner experience.
Before Dinner
- In order to preserve the excitement of meeting new people, our platform does not allow chatting before the evening of the experience and no participant's personal information will be given to anyone else. Please note this.
- Let a trusted friend or family member know about your plans to attend a DineWho dinner.
- For your safety, share the location of the restaurant.
During Dinner
- DineWho dinners can be organised in more than one restaurant and in different different restaurants each week. Please note that at no DineWho dinner will a member of the DineWho team be present in the restaurants.
- Please note that you are responsible for your personal belongings.
- Watch your alcohol consumption to keep your mind clear and in control.
- If you feel uncomfortable, report it to a restaurant staff member or leave the venue if necessary.
After Dinner
- Share your personal information only with people you trust.
- In the case of private encounters, remember that there must be clear and mutual consent and respectful behaviour.
- Immediately report suspicious or inappropriate behaviour info@dinewho.com to your address.
- Avoid transferring money or sharing financial information with people you meet through DineWho.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not only illegal but also extremely dangerous. If you are not in a condition that allows you to drive safely, please do not drive. Likewise, for your safety and the safety of others, do not accept an offer of a lift from someone who is under the influence of alcohol. If necessary, we advise you to arrange alternative transport options such as taxis, car sharing or public transport.
